Gentle France…
All the savours of South-West France concentrated in Saint-Savin, a charming ‘picture book’ village. The chef, Jean-Pierre Saint-Martin, Maître Cuisinier de France, proposes a generous cuisine inspired by his farmhouse origins and his travels to distant lands. It finds its sources from the Basque coast to Pyrenees, composed of foie gras, cepe mushrooms, duck, lamb, black pork of Bigorre and seafood. You can enjoy your food in the dining room or in the terrace with flowering plants, with a view of the Argelès valley and the Viscos peak in the horizon. A fine choice of regional wines: Jurançon, Madiran, Cahors, Buzet, Irouléguy…
